If you or a loved one prefer to communicate in a language other than English, Eisner Health is here for you. We are pleased to offer you access to interpreters who speak more than 290 languages and dialects, all at no cost to you.
When you arrive for your visit, or if you have a telehealth appointment, let the first person you talk to know that you or your loved one does not speak English. You will be connected right away to an interpreter who speaks your preferred language. We use the interpreter service Language Solutions, a standard in healthcare communication and HIPPA compliant. You can trust you’re getting the information you need to make informed decisions about your health.
